SEOUL: Indian ladies' group delivered a mind blowing all-round performance to enlist a merited 3-1 win in the fourth match of their five-match series against higher-positioned South Korea here at the Jinchun National Athletic Center on Friday. The triumph for World No. 10 India saw them take an unassailable 3-1 lead in the arrangement with a match staying to be played on Sunday. Two objectives in the primary quarter by Gurjit Kaur (2') and Deepika (14') place India in a telling position while Poonam Rani's field objective in the 47th moment secured the triumph for the guests as Mi Hyun Park (57') scored an encouragement objective for South Korea.
The second quarter saw chances come asking for both the groups yet neither could inconvenience the restricting goalkeeper as the groups battled for ownership in the midfield. The two groups endeavored to get behind each other's protection yet neither could beat the guarded line or win themselves a scoring open door as the resistances for both the groups stood tall, implying that India took a two-objective preferred standpoint into half-time.
