Asia Cup 2018: Jasprit Bumrah pokes Fun Rajasthan Police, after winning the India’s title Asia Cup

Jasprit Burmah ended the Asia Cup campaign with 8 wickets in his kitty, it can be easily said that he helped India winning for the 7th time and had key role in the India’s winning the tournament. Though' he took only 1 wicket within the final, his correct bowling within the second half of the Bangladesh innings helped the Indian bowlers to keep up the pressure. He ended with figures of 1 for 39 as Bangladesh lost their last nine wickets for 102 runs.

After the match, Bumrah through a tweet took a dig at Rajasthan Police who had poked fun at him for bowling a no-ball within the Champions Trophy final against Pakistan last year that in which he took the wicket of Fakhar Zaman which was later upturned. Zaman went on to play a matchwinning innings of 114 as Pakistan won the match by 80 runs. Bumrah in his tweet wrote “Some people love to use their creativeness on the signboards. Hope this one fits there as well!! #Champions #AsiaCup2018 #lionalwaysroars.
Meanwhile, Bumrah who has been taking part in continuous cricket for India since their tour to England may well be rested for the upcoming Test series against West Indies. Bhuvneshwar Kumar could also be rested for the series that is presumably expected to check India's pace battery.
