Bharti Singh Lost 15kg Without Any Fancy Diets And This Is Her Secret Mantra

Bharti Singh has always carried herself unabashedly confidently. As she is a comedian, she is often seen making fun of herself and how she looks. But it was early this year that she started to work out and take care of her daily routine.

She didn’t follow any fancy diets and has revealed her secret mantra. She said that during the second lockdown earlier this year, she had no house help at home and Bharti used to find it hard to get going with even regular chores at home.

In an interview with Indian Express, she said, “When we were doing Khatra Khatra Khatra, I would often talk to all these actors and they mentioned how they would fast long hours. I decided to give it a try. While initially, I would crave food late at night, I worked hard on it and now my body has accepted the new change. I don’t follow any diet, I just don’t eat anything between 7 pm-12 pm. I have my regular parathas, eggs, dal-sabzi, everything I have always liked.” 

She has lost 15kg and has come down from 91 to 76kg. She is now two sizes lesser and says that she wants to maintain her weight now. Bharti added, “The last 30-32 years I haven’t taken care of myself, and would eat at odd times. That caused a lot of issues and I was even at borderline diabetes. I also got asthma during my stint on Khatron Ke Khiladi, and would also get tired really easily. Now, having shed my extra kilos I am feeling so much lighter and don’t even have any health issues.”

Bharti also revealed how her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa missed her old self and keeps saying that he doesn’t like her this thin. 

She said, “He keeps saying don’t become too thin, stay cute. He also misses my chubby cheeks and gets irritated when he doesn’t get to pull that. Haarsh is supportive of me but feels I act pricey when I refuse to go for late dinner.” 

We have finally got the secret mantra of Bharti and probably this will make people realize the worth of cutting down on junk, and eating at correct hours.
