Improve your immunity system and fight off disease

Immune system is basically the power of our body to fight with diseases. It may decrease with the increasing age. We have observed that our current generation’s immunity system is very weak as compared to the old generation. Most of us will point of pollution, stress and adulteration as the main reason which were not there during our old generation. But the main reason for weak immune system is our habits. We may opt for a healthy life and can try out the below mentioned remedies which may be helpful in order to maintain a good immune system.

  • Quit Smoking: Smoking has a verse effect on our health and immune system and is considered to be a slow poison for your body.
  • Regular Exercise: One should maintain his health and should do regular exercise. It is not necessary to join Gym but in order to maintain good health and stamina, you may opt for yoga.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables are rich in diet and easy to digest. Regular intake of fruits and vegetable improves your metabolism and healps in improving your immune system.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol or drink in moderation only: Consumption of alcohol is not a good habit, you may avoid drinking or drink moderately only. High consumption of alcohol may damage your immune system so try and avoid it.
  • Maintain your weight: People who are heavy in weight not only have poor immune system but also suffer from many disease. It is mandatory to maintain your body weight as per your age, height and gender.
  • Take adequate sleep: People have lots of stress in the current days so it is mandate to have adequate sleep. When you are sleeping, your brain and body goes into relax mode which plays a vital role in order to maintain your immune system.
  • Try and avoid stress: In present, our lifes are full of stress that may be due to our personal or professional life. In order to avoid stress, you should live your life freely at least once in a month which will give you a very nice feeling and keep you happy and motivated throughout the month.

 

In case of changing season, try to avoid eating from outside. As suggested by our parent, we used to ignore them but it was ultimately for our benefits only.
