International Yoga Day 21 June, 2018

June 21, is celebrated as International Yoga Day and today we are celebrating our 4th International Yoga Day. Prime Minister Narender Modi has also been a part of the auspicious occasion and was seen in Dehradun practicing Yoga with approx. 60,000 people. Its inception was done in 2015 and UN suggested June 21 date to PM Modi as it is the longest day of the year and also shared special significance in many parts of the world.
Yoga is being practiced since ancient times and helps in reducing stress which we guys are going through every day. In order to reduce fat, increase metabolism and for a healthy life we have to exercise on daily basis. We can opt any option to make us fit but practicing Yoga will help you and your body to be stronger. 
Basically, Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means to bind, to align, to hold. The Lord Shiva is considered the father of ancient Yoga. People who are looking for mental peace and slow and steady impact of Yoga actually go for traditional Yoga and its different aasan (postures) and Power Yoga is being practice by people who are looking for speedy weight loose.
Now a days, many Bollywood actors and actresses are also reducing their weight with the help of Yoga as it not only reduce their weight but also provide piece of mind. The postures and Aasans are correlated to your breathing style. So, if you are practicing Yoga make sure that you will follow the proper instruction by inhaling and exhaling else it can be dangerous. There are many people who have successfully cured their diseases for which they were fighting for many years.
