The Pakistan government had to face a really humiliating moment, when apparently a Pakistani official’s video of stealing a wallet went viral. The incident took place when some delegates from Kuwait had come down to Pakistan to discuss some “Delegation investment”. There were lots of Kuwait’s officials present in this meeting.
The officials of Pakistan and Kuwait left the hall after the meeting, but apparently the wallet of one Kuwait’s official was left on the table. There is a 20 second video that has gone viral in social media that is showing the Pakistan official picking up the wallet from the table and putting it in his pocket.
On the other hand, when the Kuwait’s delegate realized about his missing wallet, he complained about the same to the Pakistani officials.
The Pakistani officials took note about the situation and searched through the hallway and inquired all the workers about the wallet, but when they could not find success they went through the CCTV footage of the CCTV camera installed in the hall.
The Pakistani delegate was caught in the CCTV Camera picking the wallet and putting it in his pocket. The official first refused any such wrong doings, but later accepted his mistake and returned the wallet.
The Pakistani officials have apologized and have assured Kuwait officials that they will take strict action against the accused Pakistani official. However, no police complaint has been lodged for the same till now.
Recently, Pakistan PM Imran khan had revealed that Pakistan is going through a bad financial phase; PM Khan had said that there is no money left to run the country. The PM accused Shahid Khaqan Abbasi government of making loss-making comes throughout its tenure.
Khan, whereas addressing bureaucrats at a happening in Islamabad, aforementioned the country was stuck in a very classic debt-trap. He said, “The administrative officials, politicians and masses need a modification. We’re at a real crossroads and if we tend to don’t modification there’s disaster ahead.”
The Pakistan PM additional went on to mention that the majority of the population within the country was young and on the lookout for jobs. The Pakistani PM said “There is no money left in our country, every year youth in Pakistan hunts for a job, but sadly there is no job for them in the market.”
So, the question is that is Pakistan really facing so much financial problems that it has stoop down to stealing?
PM Imran Khan should really do something about this instantly, to avoid further embarrassment.
