SCO To Fight Terror

India, China, and Pakistan will fight terrorism together under Shanghai Cooperation Organisation(SCO). Though China never supported India to declare Maulana Masood Azhar a global terrorist at United Nation Security Council. The move was supported by USA, UK, and France but it was vetoed by China.
Deupty- National security Advisor Rajinder Khanna was attending the SCO meeting. He will be participating in the SCO Counter terrorism body, and Regional Anti Terror structure which was held on May 23- May 25.
Maulana Masood Azhar was not declared a global terrorist but Jaiash-e-Mohammad is declared a terrorist organisation. This is the first meeting after India and Pakistan joined as a full member. Though the main aim was to develop relation among member countries so that a better cooperation between the member states can be developed. But terrorism and Afghanistan issue was also the area of prime concern.
Members of SCO are Kyrgyzatan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, China, Kazakhstan, Russia, India, and Pakistan.
