Tips to sleep healthy

Many of us have complaints that they can’t sleep well at night and it not only impact their health also it has a huge impact on their personal life.
There are few tips for a healthy sleep which any one can follow:
1.    Make a time table for your bed time and you need to follow the same even on the weekend. Your body got addicted to the time you sleep and wake up but when you suddenly change it on weekend so you have problems on Weekdays.
2.    Relax your mind at least one hour before the bed time as it helps you in reducing your stress or anxiety so that you can have a deep sleep.
3.    There are many people who have issues with power nap, if you are also from them then avoid taking power nap in the afternoon. It may affect your sleep and you will face problem while falling asleep.
4.    Exercise daily and try to have at least 10-15 minutes of walk after having dinner before you go to your bed. You should have your dinner at least 2 hours before your bed.
5.    For a good sleep, the temperature of your room should be pleasant, it should be as your body requirement. Many AC’s comes with good sleep function which automatically turn on and off as the room temperature.
6.    Avoid heavy and spicy meals in the evening as it may form indigestion problem and it will influence your sleep.
7.    During your bed time give yourself some time and relax as body also require some time to enter into sleep mode. If you will give some time to yourself you will surely njoy a deep sleep.
