World Bicycle Day 2018: Bicycle riding is a good habit and boost your heath

United Nation have organised June 3 Sunday, as World Bicycle Day 2018, it is affordable, helpful in good health and also saves you from huge traffic jam.
During our school time we loved riding our bicycle and we used to be tension free. But as we grow we are more advanced and full of stress. Bicycle not only helps in maintaining good health it also saves our nature. There are many benefits of regular cycling as it reduces the chances of heart diseases, helps in reducing your diabetes level and helps in reducing your weight. Currently, cycling practice is used in all the Gym and as you get in contact with open air, it also helps in curing your breathing problem.
People feel that Cycling may affect their sexual health, but the truth is that neither it affects a man’s sexual or urinary health nor a woman's gynaecological health. So, it is advisable to do cycling at least for an hour daily and keep yourself fit.
